More specifically, Mr. Bélanger has carried out major CFO mandates for
public companies listed in Canada and the United States. His contributions including
strict spending control, planning, mergers and acquisitions, company valuations,
due diligence, management of regulatory matters related to NASDAQ, the SEC and
the TSX, investor relations, information systems, tax and cash management. His
experience as a CFO is supplemented by three years in audit accounting and 10
